Seasons 

Like any fruit or vegetable, choosing seasonal produce means you will enjoy the freshest and most beautiful blooms when they are available. Your flowers will reflect on the natural world, with each month offering new and exciting blooms as the seasons change throughout the year.

Choosing the use of seasonal, Australian grown flowers is also more ethical, eco-friendly and a economical option. Many flowers sold in shops or supermarkets are usually grown overseas in Africa, Asia and South America. by the time it reaches the stores, it could have been up to a week since they were harvested, chemically sprayed and treated, fumigated and cold packed. 

 

We are so fortunate in Australia to have access to such beautiful, fresh and locally grown flowers. This is why I choose my blooms directly from the farmer or wholesale markets, selecting only the best Australian grown, seasonal flowers and foliage.
